Academic Project
SYMBIOTIC CAMPAIGN
Designed to encourage teenagers to engage in teamwork. Addresing common challenges faced in group projects during school, highlighting the beautiful outcomes that collaboration can produce. The project emphasizes the importance of teamwork and the process behind it, visualized through infographics that visualizes symbiotic relationship between flowers and bees.

BACKGROUND

Many high school students struggle to understand the importance of teamwork, often viewing group projects as tasks to be completed individually rather than collaboratively. Differences in responsibility, communication, and motivation frequently lead to unbalanced participation. This project begins from reframing the importance of teamwork as a cooperation, trust, and collective effort are essential to achieve meaningful results.

STRATEGY

A minimal yet refined visual approach was adopted to balance clarity and visual appeal. To represent the diversity of people encountered in teamwork, multiple typefaces were used, each reflecting different personalities and roles. Short quotes were incorporated as a strategic element to prompt viewers to reconsider the value and meaning of collaboration.

APPLICATIONS

The flower illustrated at the center of the poster abstractly represents the relationship between flowers and bees—different entities working through various processes to ultimately benefit one another. Each layered petal appears in a distinct color and distribution, with each color representing a specific stage of teamwork. At the bottom, a legend explains how to strengthen collaboration, detailing the meaning of each color and its contribution percentage to the final outcome.
